Biography
Neringa Vanju-Perveinė has been advising national and international companies on corporate, commercial, employment law, and other legal matters for more than 10 years.
During her professional career, she has accumulated significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance, compliance, employment relations, intellectual property protection, and risk management. She gained extensive knowledge while working in international groups of companies, where she was responsible for coordinating complex legal projects, developing internal policies, providing legal assessments of strategic business decisions, and managing legal risks.
The professional experience she has accumulated enables Neringa to gain an in-depth understanding of the specifics of each client's business, assess potential legal risks, and offer practical solutions that meet business needs.
